Hey im pretty new around here, this is my first auto car i have owned and i love it I have a 98 EX(Si in Canada) and it seems kinda weird going through the gears when you drive slow(cruising). Like i said this could be because most autos i have driven before are either v6 or 8's, and i might not be used to this. But when i smoke i usually cruise around my block slowly and i put it in d4 and it seems to stay in 2nd(i think) for a while before shifting??? whats up with this, and yes my CEL is on but the car is running great !!! thanks

 

it will stay in gear till its time to shift ... its an automatic its wat they doo....

 

yea should i be using d3 or d4 driving around the city? is there an overdrive on this car?
