Default Painting Exhaust Muffler

Does any one Know a legit way to paint a muffler. A friend of mine w/ an Rsx had an all straight blue muffler and I was wondering could I do the same with any muffler and some high temp paint.

High temp paint would work. Just make sure the surface to be painted is free of oil and grease so that the paint can stick. It also wouldn't hurt to roughen up the surface of the muffler a little with fine sandpaper prior to painting....again, to help the paint have something to adhere to.

I think that caliper paint would work for you.

Pictures? I'd love to have mine a nice glossy black - kinda look like it was powder-coated or something. That could be cool.
