just got a 93 civic LX and part of the door is missing. Its that black plastic on the outside of the door that makes the outer half of the window track. Is there anywhere i can order that? or do i have to go to a salvage yard?

Try a junk yard. You have to undo clips from the inside to remove it without breaking it.
