IDK about such people, but there is a difference between tasteful and tasteless. No offense, but whoever modified the OP's car has no taste - it just looks like someone someone picked the most unlikely combination of colors and then just threw some random parts at the car, resulting in a hodge-podge. On the other hand, look at mill$civic's car - no funky colors and body mods flow with the car. It must be one of, if not THE favorite car on this site, as far as styling goes.

 

Not exactly a fan of trav or ohio's cars, but alot of custom work went into them and props for that.
