I got a 93' civic coupe dx(D15B7). Is it possible to make it v-tec? Would it be worth it?

yes and yes. You'll gain about 25 HP at the crank

It involves swapping your cylinder head with a head from a D16Z6 (or JDM D15B... or even D16Y8), and then running two wires to the ECU.
