Default Project rally civic

Hey all,
I have a 1987 civic 1500 (4dr) and am seriously considering a semi halfway rally car buildup...after i get done with the 13bt powered opel gt of course, i need a daily driver until then...but i digress, i found that there are dot legal rally tires in stock civic sizes at tirerack.com. my question is a simple one i think...is it possible to put a 99-00 si head on top of my engine? and if so, how much work/money would it take? Also, are there any companies that make a good, cheap, strut that doesnt lower the car? i need to keep stock ride height or raise it a little if i can...and can someone point me in the direction of some good axles, mine are just about to/have already mostly gone out...
Thanks,
-Rob

NO, the head of the Si will not fit on your engine.

For axles you can check out driftshaftshop.com or something similar to that but be warened they are very very very expensive.

If not a 99 SI head, will any highflow heads fit on my block? Theres just something about single cam 12 valve that just doesnt exude performance...Oh, and does anyone know of a place to get high compression pistons for my engine?
