hey.
only just joined the forum.
i have recently bought a1991 civic 1500 vtec import.i dont no alot about hondas and got some genaral stuff
id like to no.i have a induction kit fitted and wanderin wat bhp i should be gettin out my jap beast???its also got a cat
will i gain power if i decat ????

Hi and welcome to the forum. Where are you located? That will determine whether or not you legally have to have the cat on there. I don't know the answer but somebody will, there are a lot of helpful people here.

Leave the cat. You may not have emmisions laws there but you still have an ozone. The gains from de-catting aren't worth it anyway. For some reason when you said "Jap beast," I thought you meant a JDM D15B, but you probably have a EDM D15, huh?

EDM - 114 bhp (I think)
JDM - 130 bhp (sweet, I want one.)
