Puttin an Accord motor in a Civic

Default Puttin an Accord motor in a Civic

Wonderin how hard it is to put and Accord motor in a 90 Civic hatch. Anyone done it? I'm sure someone has and I'm just wonderin what all is involved. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Stupid idea, unless you got a good accord motor for free. Then I can see it being worth the effort. Either way, im sure it would fit.

I did get the motor for free out of a car that got smashed in the ***. That's the only reason I would mess with it.

wow...go for it. look around for some motor mounts that will make the conversion.

what engine is it anyway?

yeah, plus as good as a F20B sounds, the wiring on it is hell. B18C is not to far from the F20 and a hell of a lot easier to put in.

I'm just saying it's a cool motor and has been done many times before...a B18 would be A LOT easier though.
