so ive had my 99 ex for about a year and ive put a few things into it to make it sleek and what not. Now, in the past 6 months or soa lot of the times wheni see an ek model on coming, they throw in the clutch and rev it and i laugh at them because i think its dumb. My question is, are they just being retards or is it something related to how jeeps always wave to eachother (aka "jeepwave"???

 

yeah its like the jeep wave. pretty much showing the other civic lover that they like the mods you have done...

 

i'm not exactly sure. There's this guy in town who had a primer grey EF sedan with no exhaust or front bumper and he revved the engine at me while driving by me everytime, but it seemed like he was doing it to be a dick. I was always like "nice bumper, man!" out the window.

 

ha ha i guess thats the special case where the dude is just being a dick lol

 

dude, thats hilarious. I got yelled at by cops on bikes for setting car alarms off in a parking garage with my exhaust. i think its more a show of admiration.

Ever since I got my WRX I get so many waves.

I always had those civic kids who would rev at me and give me death stares. I don't get why they can't just wave. We have the same damn car, wave to me. (I'm not saying you guys)

 

The only people on the roads I seem to have problems with are bikers. Harley guys and crotch rockets, I think guys with Harley's despise us civic drivers. Cause they have to have the loud exhausts. Then I always get guys with there sport bike's on my ***, it's like ok I get it your bike is faster than my car[8D]

 

It depends what mods you have... lol
