I need to order one for my soon to be rear disc conversion and I noticed on ebay there are some, but it looks like the screws that thread into the valve still have some of the lines attached to it.

Would I be able to remove the lines or is there something wrong with it?

Yes, you should be able to remove them easily. I guess the seller didn't feel like doing that.

 

ok thanks, I looked at that and I'm like, why didn't he just take them out, like he just cut them instead.

 

When i did the rear conversion on my Ek, i left my stock prop valve.

 

+1 on that. You dont need to replace the prop valve, it will work fine with the stock one.

 

hmmm.... the above comments make me wonder. Yea, the stock ones may work, but not as well (that we know of). A friend of mine said that they look the same from the outside, but the internals of a 40/40 prop from a Si or Civic with ABS/rear discs is different.

However, I could be wrong... wouldn't be the first.
