The solenoids are not interchangeable. That wouldn't solve the problem anyway even if they could be swapped.

you can use your y8 head on the d15 block, you will need the y8 timing belt. everything will bolt up and you can use your y8 dizzy and not need to worry about any rewiring or converting also use your y8 intake manifold. sorry for not being able to answer any of your question i have been really busy lately workin on vehicles around here

your y8 dizzy fit on to the d15 head..? but hey if it works go with it.

the d15b 3stage is a direct jdm replacement for the y8 ..dizzys are the same. as for the intake manifold. you should not have a problem running your p2p also jus it will be working like your y8 did u will not the econ part just straight 16v to vtec at 5500rpms.
finding the p2j is a mission n wish you luck but the motor will run so much better n u'd save so much gas.

u just need to run the motor who nos the last time it was started before your swap. its perfect direct swap from the y8 so u shouldnt of missed anything.
