Default Removing heat shroud lower bolt

Anyone got a good method of removing the lowest bolt on the heat shroud? I've got it loose but it doesn't seem that it's removal should be that big a deal. However. The radiator fan seems to want to get right next to it. Oh, yeah. How do you get it back on?

It's not hard to take the fan out. Unplug the electrical connector, remove the bolts at the top and pull upward. There should not be bolts at the bottom, just clips.

The air conditioning hoses sure pose a problem. But I got the shroud up enough that I could get my hand in easily. Before the bolt had turned 360 degrees, it was loose enough that I could then use my fingers to get it out.
Now if I can just get the shroud over those same A/C hoses...
