Default reprogramming door lock

I recently purchased a 2011 Civic coupe LX and have two questions. I've tried reading the manual but no luck.

1) How do I see the actual miles per gallon my car is getting? I used to own a Lancer and was able to see the average mpg, I'm not sure if the Honda has this feature.

2) The doors are set to lock when I reach 10 mph. In the manual, it talks about how you can adjust this speed. The problem is, when I turn off my car, only the driver door unlocks automatically. The passenger door has to be manually unlocked every time. Is there any way to reprogram both of the door locks to unlock when I turn off the car?

thanks
