wait, you have a $900 budget on wheels alone? and you're still looking at tenzo R's?

well that site doesnt look to bad BUT looks or sounds like they slap some cheapie tires on the rims...
i paid about 1200bucks at my local discount tire for 5 rims and 4tires all replacement warentees also, and lifetime ballancing on them.

IMO best to find a rim that you like and find a local shop that carries that brand and get the full warentee from them! any time you get a nail in the tire its a free repair localy.
doesnt hurt to shop around..... and ask if they can get this model wheel or tire. they had to order my rims that i got on my black civic. they came in within a week or two and i was rocken em

tho i will sell mine for 800bucks plus shipping if ya might be interested. all depends where your at tho. mine are all in mint condition no curbing at all. 5 rims and 4 tires, ill even give ya the discount tire receite if ya need to get them reballanced just lie about your name and say this is your other civic.LOL

oh per rim??? well that opens up MANY MANY options.....tirerack.com has some good deals on rims/tires, they've always been good to me

well the ones i found i like the look of them and its kind of the look i want i am looking to get away from the hfp look (no offense)
