yea, sometimes it feels like it would stall if I want so heavy on the pedal...
I tried to be careful when removing and reinstalling the o2 sensor, but the f-ing thing was on so tight I really had to sit on the wrench to get it off...

 

ok, then you either damaged the o2 sensor, or your ignition system is giving you trouble.

 

ok, cool...is there a torque spec on the o2 sensor? or just crank it down?

i'm not really sure, just tighten it securely. and to help next time you do it, try running the engine for a minute or two, it will expand the metal and make it easier to remove.
