I am not sure what else to call it....ya know the rubber lip in the front of the car?
...Well, for three years I have managed to not mess it up on curbs, etc and it WAS in good shape. I ran over a curb and ripped the ish out of it! I would like to replace it, but found out that tiny little rubber piece is about $230!! Does that lip have any true function? Does that lip help with the aerodynamics of the car? Is it helpful in freeway driving?
I guess I just can't see spending that much to replace that little thing when I can put that $$ towards a header....
What would you do?

Just get a cheap little replacement, then buy a header. Hell, go check out a local junkyard for the lip you need. You can probably grab one for like $20, and still have enough money for a new header.
