I am planning on fabricating a brass shift **** in the next week or so at school, I'll post pics when it's done. But what I need to know is the thread size on the shifter so I can tap the ****. Thanks - Scott

 

just pull of the **** you have now and find what tap (or bolt) fits it
and please post pics i wanna do the same thing but i havent had time yet

 

Yea I'll probably just do that tomorrow, mine is going to be pretty simple design I don't want anything too flashy or intricate, just plan on having a 45 angle on the top to rid the edge then I'm going to do maybe 3 recessed rings towards the top and a little taper down and that's it. I don't know if you get the picture in your head that I see but it should be pretty cool. I'll get pics up asap, should probably only take me like 2 or 3 days to do this since I get less than an hour in class to do it.
