Default Short throw shifter

I am thinking of getting one but they seem to really vary in price. What are the big differences and would you replace the bushings when you put in a new shifter?

Ebay shifter is hit or miss.
- May break
- Sometimes arent measured right and rub on exhaust pipes and such.

All will give you about the same throw, but a quality shifter will basically be a no snap gaurentee pretty much well an ebay one is just half ***.

You want to go quality with a part like this. I went cheap and it sucked, bought a quality shifter and there was a HUGE difference.

who in the world designed the rube goldberg contraption that is a honda shift linkage??? pulling the head was easier than this!!! maybe im just incompetent. ive installed aftermarket shifters in a turbocoupe and a 99 gt mustang and they both drop in from the top. no under car shenanigans. i got ill and put my cam gears on instead after i discovered what a hassel this was going to be...

your pics are small because you linked thumbnail
the shifter isnt that hard.get under car unbolt the bolt on the shift linkage then the 2 bolts and the plate will drop and pull shifter down. you may need someone to hold the 2 bolts heads from inside the car from spining.
