hey i have a b18b ls and was wonderin if it is possible to put a GSR head on it orwould it be better to run a low boost turbo instead? and i also wanted to bolt a b16 tranny to it as well?

 

Yes, you could use the GSR head or if you wanted to save some cash you could use a B16 head. Both of which would make your motor a LS/VTEC.

And yes, you could use a B16 tranny. Plenty of people use it because of its shorter gears, so if that's what you're looking for than go for it.
