I've got a 97 Honda Civic D16y, and im looking to do some upgrades on it. I've got a cold air intake, and an exhaust. Im not sure what else to do other then a header. I would like to do a motor swap but im not really sure on what to do with that, so if any one can give me some help on what to do it would be greatly appreciated.

 

Which D16Y- is it? There are 3 different Y- motors in the 6th generation.

 

I'm not really sure, how do I find out?

 

There's an engine code stamped on the front of the block, about halfway down, on a flat spot about 1.5" x 1.5" (angled up a little bit). It's toward the passenger side of the engine, pretty easy to spot. It might have dirt or something on it, but just scrape it off.
