Default Stolen

What would happen, if my car got "stolen" and was found the next day in an apparent area stripped to the ground? Would I get money to pay off my loan and how long would the entire process take?

No not /thread. you dont have the right to do such things, sryz. I was wondering, because wouldnt anyone with a ****ty car do that to get money? They must have ways around it.

well yes you should like your going to try to fraud your insurance. but like anyone i highly suggest NOT TO!!!!!! if you tell someone... ANYONE they can tell someone else who does the same... and it can easily get to someone that doesnt like you that will snitch on you.... and if your car was striped/ you bought it back and MAGICALLY got put back together so quickly you would definatly get flagged!!!!!!! AND GO TO JAIL!!!!!!

but anyways if your car is financed MOST LIKELY you owe more than the cars worth... so lets say you torch it or someone else does... you could still be stuck with a car payment and no car because they just go by blue book valve.

i was tempted to torch my old truck that was paid off... but i just sold the truck after awhile.
you can get away with it if your not stupid about it. but IF/WHEN you go to jail..... well you cannt blame anyone but yourself for being so stupid!
not to mention how hard it would be to get car insurance again... plus the price youd be paying for it!
