good information. i'm gonna have to store my car for about 3 months soon, so i've bookmarked this and will be checking back.

one question..what is the reason behind lifting the car so the tires are off the ground? save the stress on the suspension?

well the suspension also but mainly the tires........ if ya can id let some pressure outta the tires down to about 5-10pounds just enough to seal but not be stretching the tires... with the tires on the ground you see a wrinkle effect where the tires flattens out and spreads out... if it sits to long like that the tire will try to HOLD that shape... and the pressure on the wrinkles can crack the rubber on the sidewalls which is more prone to failure.

just be sure to bring alittle electric pump with ya to air the tires up when you get it back outta storage
