Default Modifying my 94 ex

So I was just wondering if there is anything I can do to improve preformance on my 1994 civic ex either by replacing the whole engine with a better one or by adding some stuff... or if I should just save money and buy another car in the future... it runs great, is in good condition, and I love driving it but just want to know if i should mod or just not waste my money...

If you're cheap, and just looking for speedI have the right path for u. Sell the honda, and go buy a mustang. If you want handling, speed and fuel economy, go for boost, or a b18c or H22 swap.

Youalready have moderate performance on your EX, so ouy could probably get away with a turbo and get a good power boost.

I want speed and preformance but dont need something crazy... but I would like to go top dollar... is it even possible to make a civic as fast as a STI with out breaking oyur wallet? because to be ownest thats my goal... maybe even faster

K-swaps are amazing. They're pretty much hands-down the best engine choices available (provided you have the cash)... and I'd say go with HMO... they're expensive, but you know what they say: you get what you pay for.
