stuck on a header

so what are you saying i do them? by that cat from magnaflow and have a muflershop weld it to an other pipe? seems like too much work...
if i bought the megan racing one would it fit on my car?
or which one would fit on my car?
should i get somthing from this diagram to convert to ex?

no dude, i hear you! lol. I don't know all that much about the exhaust systems on the 7th gen civics but from i read on the first page this is the lowdown:
Your civic has the catalytic converter built into the exhaust manifold(header). The ex model has it built into the exhaust piping later towards the rear of your exhaust system. So, by buying a header with no built in catalytic converter, you would have to put one in later in the exhaust system (which is what the Ex model has). So if you want an aftermarket header (like the Megan or DC one) you would indeed have to switch to an Ex exhaust. Either that or make a custom exhaust with a catalytic converter in it somewhere.
