Stud thread problem

Stud thread problem
I fixed my ebrake this weekend and in doing so I can't get one of the lug nuts back on without torquing the heck out of it. It looks like there is a small bur on the end of it. Can I get a thread chaser to clean it up ? If so what sort of thread chaser do I need for the stud?
As a back up, if I take the brake pads out again can I pound the stud out with out removing anything else? I already replaced one of the front studs by grinding down the hub and that was a helvof job...
What are the best lug nuts to replace the oem ones. Nothing fancy...

Rear studs are easily replaced. Worst case you would have to remove the bearing nut and take the hub off of the car, but I think you can get them out while the hub is still in place if you remove a few of the brake parts.

It's just a metric die. I think the studs are M10. Yes that will fix it but if the whole thing is torn up from being cross-threaded, there won't be much metal left when you're done.
You can buy a new stud for a lot less.
Make sure it's not a bad nut too. Overtightening the nut will bend its tapered part and mess up the first thread.

I am replacing the nut... but I can see the first two threads that seem a little scraped. If I can fix with a 10$ die, then that beats the 2-3 hours it took me to get the rear drum and pads etc apart and back together this weekend..... I am thinking time wise it is a lot faster... but yea if I could replace the bolt quickly for $2 it would have been done already...
