Because so manypeoplerebuild salvage title civics and then sell them, you will seea few 99-00swith the amber tails. The clear/red tails go for around 100-150 bucks while theamber tails are bascially worthless, so it makes sense to slap on a set of 96 tails when rebuilding and selling a 99-00 model.
