Swapping from a manual to automatic

Can I swap out my manual to a automatic?

I'm sure it can be done, but don't know how much work, parts, and money is involved. Might be easier and cheaper to find an engine and auto. trans from a wreck to drop right in.

Year of your Civic would be helpful....most likely you are better off selling your car and buying the vehicle with the correct transmission for your needs.
