synthetic oil

Should I be using Mobil1 oil filters if I'm using mobil 1 on my car? currently im running an oem oil filter. Should I be replacing my oil filters every oil change?

you should replace the oil filter every oil change and no you do not have to use mobil 1 oil filter with mobil 1 syn oil. stick with your oem

i use mobil one synthetic and a k&n filter
ive been told the k&n filter is a mobil one filter with a nut welded onto the end
i just use it for the ease of taking it on and off...totally worth the extra money
