you know... i never actually time my oil changes... i just change it when either A. Season Changes or B. Long trips or C. if i just think it will help.. and the funny thing is, pulled my valve cover off (doing an inspection) and the thing has Zero sludge in it anymore, whereas it used to have a little buildup... could also be i run synthetic a good 75% of the time ha ha.

 

I think with Synthetic you are supposed to change every 6000 miles
