Tail light problem?

i just installed my new tail lights and my left light doesnt work when i have my headlights on, but it does work when i have my blinker on.... what is going on and does anyone what i should do?

Put in a new bulb. It means that the filiment that turned on when your lights are on (the dim one) burned out, but the other (brighter) one is fine. Try that.

yea put a new bulb in ill guarentee that works.
