All Hondas have split fold rear seats... well from every honda i have been in which includes civics from 88-04 and Accords from 89-99

98 dx coupe has fold downs as well...

Now begins the long process of finding the exactCivic I want. I like the 95-ish VTEC coupethe best, but there are so many variations it's making my head spin. Nothing a few weeks of research can't solve.

I play a lot of guitar and drums, so I'm constantly hauling amps, cabs, guitars, and other sound stuff from place to place. I worried about doing that with a Civic, but I can fit most anything I use in that little car.
Good luck, and you're going in the right direction. Plus, don't rule out Accords. They're good cars too.
