Top speed limiter HELP

does anyone know if there is a way around the top speed limiter on a 2000 Civic Si D16Y8
it wont go past 195km/h the fuel on 5th gear gets cut off i think.

Deal with it...people like you give us a bad reputation, and place innocent people at risk... even on the track you have no reason to go that fast
