I gather the OP was solely responsible for the injury, so there's no second party to be at fault. If Insurance paid for it (wrote off the car) - and only assuming there IS collision coverage, then his rates would go way up. If there is no collision coverage, then the car couldn't receive a dime. I suspect he is going tohave to swallow a dead loss, save a few parts from the carcass maybe, and save for a new car.Bummer. [sm=boohoo.gif]
