If it's 400 miles total you should be fine. 401 miles would be risky.

ive been told that unless you've used synthetic oil for the entire life of the car.. you shouldnt start. cuz it will clean up the sludge in the engine that is clogging the points where oil could leak out of and it will leak everywhere. thats just what i heard...

if you feel comfortable driving your car to work every day.. feel comfortable driving to wherever you need to go. because after all. driving 30 miles in traffic is harder on your car than driving 200 on a wide open highway.

go for it. even if you dont make it.. at least you got the most out of your honda that you could. we should all be so lucky. ha

i wouldn't be afraid to drive it if its been tuned up and has had the water pump and timing belt changed. if your timing belt breaks there goesyour motor

My 1999 civic has 154k on it and Ive been driving it 600 miles a week for the past few months with no problems whatsoever. In May im driving from PA to SC and have no worries whatsoever. Just bring a jug of gas, fix a flat and any other general fixes and youll be fine.
