Rock on!

make sure you do plenty of research befor straping a turbo to your engine, figure out first if your going to piece one together or buy a kit for $2000-$4000. Piecing one together will be cheaper, but you have to know what parts will fit together right and still remain reliable. also most likely with kits they have most the stuff you need but not EVERYTHING for a reliable setup, like the intercooler, or gauges, tapped oil pan, etc. The last thing you want is to blow your engine.

Im with Live4it, kits that are already assembled have been tested so you know that they will work. If you piece together a kit, you never know if some parts will have fitment issues or if they match up airflow wise, etc. I had the same problem on my evolution and it cost me thousands of dollars. Good luck with the build though, keep us informed!

yeah i plan on getting a kit. but could you go over the parts that i need to keep it safe that might not be in the kit so i can check and make the right choice when buying?

Thanks for the imput you guys , oh and also, question, im looking for kind of a guestimation on how much life running 7 to 8 psi will take off my engine? just because i need to own this car for a million years haha.

heres the kit i want, further down the page they have a dyno for a civic with it.
