Default used civic worth more than used accord??

KBB suggests $8200 for private sale. The same spec with accord is $7200 by KBB!! is this the case with actual retail or anything wrong??

seems strange that the same mileage and year civic would cost more than the accord. but i'm guessing the civic is worth more because more people are seeking the civics and are in higher demand, probably why they hold their value more than the accord. just my thought, i may be wrong

You don't see too many Accord DX's. I would think any people interested in an Accord would want the creature comforts with LX models.
