ok guys i have a 01 gsr motor with about 50 k on it.. i use alot of oil tho.. idk no y i no its not the rings. the car only smokes when in vtec. i waz wondering it maybe i have a badvalve seal or need avalve adj??

I dont think its the valve lash. Is it throwing any codes?

o and there isent any oil build on the spark plugs there while with little black specks of black on them they look normal..

Huh, then I am gonna go with bad valve seals. That can cause smoke. Hopefully Marty will look in this one and be able to give you the answer you need.
