Default What to do with my SI????

I am really wanting to add some get up and go to my 99si and being that december weather is in full effect here in the N.W my car is just sitting so now is a perfect time to do work. I am wanting to know whether i should go with Twm ITBs or a turbo setup? or maybe even nitrous.
My Jdm B16a is internally stock (as of now). Out of the three options above what wouldgive me thebest bang for my buck?

ITB's don't help unless you have a built n/a engine. ITB's should be the last thing you add when you go n/a. Best bang for your buck would be either nitrous or turbo depending on how often you use it.

My car is only driven on the weekends but i still want something reliable. I guess my goal is to get an easy and noticeable boost in hp.

Yeah there is always gonna be a compromise, I am just wondering will $2000 be enough to peice together a respectable turbo setup?

^ yes, but have an extra few hundred for extra costs that you probably dont realize (gaskets, hoses, clamps, nipples, filters, oil, spark plugs, etc.) It just adds up real quick.....but with $2000, yes you can could piece together a kit, might take a little while though. I'd say read Forty04's and Pete's Turbo Kit DIY's
