my friend is going to pick up an rsx next week but doesnt know whether to get a type s or normal one. what engines to these have. k24, k20 ? and i would like to know which one is in the ep3 because i may pick one up for myself.

 

Get the Type-S, it has a more powerful engine, a 6 speed trans, and a helical LSD. However, i would recommend your friend get an 06 SI instead of the Type-S b/c the SI is just as fast but looks better, its more rare, and i think its cheaper. The RSX Type-S has leather seats that the SI does not, but that is prolly the only difference.
