im not sure what motor is in this car and i am thinking of buying it, the guy says its a d16zc i wanna double check

The engine code that seller listed is not what is in the car, it looks like a b18 out of an integra, but the best way to tell is to look at the engine code on the block.

Assuming the picture is of that particular car's engine, then yes, it has either a DOHC D16ZC engine or a B18B engine (though I don't know why you'd want people to think a B-series is a D-series).
