KC4, yes, the thing is you need to replace the whole system. But, your car will sound kick *** and have more go!

 

I have never seen a civic with disc in the back yet only pictures but what Remmy said it could be the pads the brake linings could be worn out or the drums. As well and the pads are used when you use your brake pedal not just when you use the parking brake. If that is what he meant I just thought I would clear that up.
