Depends on if money is an issue! Megan is a good choice. Great construction and great prices.

yeah megan headers are a good choice, especially if you are on a tight budget

Megan and Hedman chikara headers are both good choices if you're on a budget. The only downside to the Chikara header (and this is from experience) is that it takes about 10 minutes for the black paint to burn off (smells like burning oil btw) and then it looks rusty. If you're like me and follow the "it ain't pretty but it works" train of thought as far as mods go, it's a great piece. If you want looks and a slight performance gain, go with megan.

Also, TB spacers are more or less garbage on smaller engines. As far as an intake manifold, it's not a bad idea to get one, but you're not going to outflow your factory intake manifold without an extremely aggressive cam and a larger TB anyway. Still, a good aftermarket IM will show gains on an otherwise mostly stock engine, so it's not a bad idea to get one if you have the money sitting around.
