What would you prefer?
So what would you guys prefer? A built N/A engine or a boosted one with the same output?
I love the sound of an N/A beast but Ive always been partial to the psssSSSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHhhhh. I know a built N/A is more money but just say money isnt a factor....

RE: What would you prefer?
the same output? ill take NA. if i go turbo, its to make more power easier. if we're talking about the power range you are in, theres just something about being all-motor, but if i was making a straight up racecar, that was going to need to keep up with a lot faster cars, i would go turbo. but i would expect 300+ whp. but honestly, im pushing just over 170 at the wheels, and its more than i really need in a car this light on the street. its so easy to get into trouble as-is, and i know ive got a long way to go. my goal as of now is in the low 200's without opening the motor, but i know i dont need it.

RE: What would you prefer?
I may boost my civic but on my next project im getting a ukdm dc-2 integra type-r, and building an all motor high comp rev monster on Toda throttle bodies (like the spoon one!) . Its gonna cost a fortune but i dont care, its gonna sound like a racing bike!

RE: What would you prefer?
I would say N/A because I agree with this guy. I had hell out of my last turbo set and a boat load of money in it and I build everything right and still trouble trouble trouble. My friend that have had turboed cars also have alot of problems. But wish me luck guys because I am going to try to boost again soon.
