i am wanting to get a 2009 honda civic and i love the EX and LX 2 doors...

whats the difference? i heard the LX is fully loaded?

 

EX is the loaded one, with a moon roof and all the power options. LX has a few less but both have the same engine, i believe.

 

lx is just the dx with electric windows and locks.

 

EX ~ Fully Loaded
LX ~ (Same as base models) Has EX's Power Locks/Mirrors
DX ~ Base Model
CX ~ Blehh.

 

Ohh wow this is interested..I thought LX was just a trim for the 4doors like the equivalent to an ex but a 4door?

yes ex has everything but the si engine

 

does the LX have the si engine?

 

no the lx is a dx (basic model) with power locks and windows.

this has been explained several times.

si - upgraded motor and all power options and sunroof
ex- all power options and sunroof
lx- has power window and power locks
dx-basic package
cx- cheapest model
hx/vx- gas saver model.
