wheel help anyone???
so ... im new to all of this. im 15 and im lookin around for a civic and parts for it, ect. im just curious but whats the best offset for '16 inch wheels and wont rub?
With 16x7's and 205/45-16 tires, offset won't make much of a difference unless you're lowered. If you are lowered, you'll want about a +42mm offset. You can get away with anywhere from +38mm to +45mm offsets (probably a wider range, but this is just what I know for sure), and if you're tucking tire you'll want between a +42mm and +45mm offset (this seems to be the sweet spot). With a +45mm offset, you run the risk of the inside of the tire rubbing on the wheel well around sharp turns (but I doubt this would happen unless you're ridiculously low).
