Default Wheel jerks to the right

Today the roads were very wet, and when I revved up to about 2500 rpm and took off, I noticed the steering wheel jerked to the right. Is this normal and just due to the road being wet?

Thanks guys!

its not torque steer. its from the tires slipping then grabbing back and forth. just drive calmly and it should stop. of get new tires if yours are getting bald.
