Why don't you just take a look, The cat should have a heatsheild on it. (metal looking thing, may have some ripples on it) Also should have a sensor in it.

Yes it's built into the header, mounted on the front of the engine. Covered by a heat shield and there is an oxygen sensor screwed into the side of it. Under the car has a straight pipe all the way back to the resonator and muffler near the back of the car.

You can go to hondaautomotiveparts.com and view diagrams of all the parts and see approximately how they go together.

thanks guys, new question, is it worth it to try and still put my open header on , cut my catback alittle bit and weld a small cat down there? and find 02 sensor extensions???? or would that be a total waste of time?
