Default Where to start?!?

I have a 94 Civic si that I want to take and make it look good and new again! It is completely stock...no changes have been made to it, and the only real major work done to it was I replaced the clutch when I got it (otherwise it would sit in my garage and i wouldn't be able to drive it, and I couldn't have that!).

So I would like some input as to where I should begin. I'm not so interested
in HP and engine work right now as I am mulling over a swap down the road.

I would like to replace a lot of the interior to make it look new again, but I'm not sure if I should concentrate on the outside first, ie any mouldings or gaskets etc.

I'm just at a real loss as to where to begin. Maybe you guys can help me out and give me some ideas and pointers.

In my mind I'd like to gut it all and start from scratch, but reality and my wallet are telling me otherwise!!

I'll post some pics tomorrow. I have to work tonight. What sort of pics do you think? Total 180 degrees, and the interior I'd imagine?
