1993 Honda Civic, manual trans, started dying mid-ride two months ago. The battery is fine, changed the fuel filter, fuel pump turns on, added fuel performance additive, still won't turn. Now I am told to check the pressure. How though? And what should the pressure be?:

 

If you're saying that the starter won't turn the engine, then it doesn't matter if you have fuel pressure or not.
