Will 03 OEM hubcaps fit a 99 Civic?

Thinking about selling my 99 civic but want to keep my rims . I was wondering if these (03 OEM) would fit, because I can get them for good deal... thanks in advance!

im not posative about hubcaps but for wheels, you can swap em up untill 2005
